Return/exchange a product
Avologi.com offers a 10-day money-back Guarantee (for products purchased from this website), the counting starts when the merchandise is received by you, not when it’s shipped. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, send it back for a prompt refund or exchange – you would only be responsible for the shipping. We also offer refunds on unopened products (only products bought at full price from this website) within 30 days. Simply return any unopened product for a full refund. *2 years limited warranty for ENEO Classic & Luminice Classic

In case you are requested to replace your Avologi, please send the defective device, along with your warranty application and proof of purchase. An amount of 119 USD will be charged for Shipping & handling.
This warranty does not cover any purchases from unauthorized dealers.
In case you require a new charger, please contact our customer support and a new charger can be purchased for 79USD.
